Life's ups and downs- Part 2

Hi, as i promised i will continue my part 2. :) Well, i will continue and now i m having a cup of coffee as i m a coffee lover. :) Sega now with my PA. My PA means is my laptop that help me alot.

Ok after the Coach business is fail as need alot of money to test crash i was again lured to a lucrative business! Which is a kosher chocolate manufacturing business that supply to dollarstore a chain retail shop which is quite in a big scale. As the coach business is not working. This guy come and tell me hey, believe in me as this is a lucrative by selling fantastic dream to me. He even give me his new bought HP PDA to me and borrowed me RM10k!! By then from there i start to believe in him. I think that was a trap. RM10 k is one month soft loan,with no interest! However i still paid him back. That is fine, jerry had ask him involved and he told me that if i want to park inside the company i need to park at his stake instead of stand alone. He told me that jerry give him special privillege only for him. If jerry know other involve or i came in as individual name jerry will straight cancel of the deal. I guess that is a trap and he had found that i believed and trusted him. Then i just so interested but i did asked a few question is the chocolate contract manufacturing had been signed? He then told me nope as jewish doing business is by trust and normally they involve in food business. He fantasied me and promised me hey, you can't trust me ? Then i quickly did what as he asked. I went to source for proper capital to finance in this business.

I go for my mom. I convinced my mom for a OD that she have balance in her account. RM138k
!! She then open a cheque and leave it blank and i just passed to this mastermind conman. RM138k. I withdraw all my unit trust and my new savings RM20k and borrow a personal loan of RM 30k and paid him RM50k in CASH!!

Now,when he promised suppose i get the dividend and yet i don't even get a cents! after 5 years plus. He take for granted. So is this a con job ? when i want to withdraw as he said that you think this is hotel while you going to check in and check out like that. I was angry and that is my right to do so since he fail to fulfil that. Of course i m not going to leave it like that. Someone will collect on behalf of me. I will find a way on that. However i still need to go thru all this.

After i while i had been in trading business swiftlet a lucrative business opportunities. I was a PA for an indonesian before i supply to him. I was his PA for 2 years and supply him for roughly 6 months. As he try not to let me go learn more from him and he cut me off.

I would personally thanks to investors that invest in me no matter the amount big or small however i will grow them at least 100% in 3 years. Eugene,Alex,Hong and Stephen last but not least my fiancee veronica. Another guy who had pull me up during my downfall my brother also my best friend i would consider, his name is SC Lim. A successful young millionaire.

Ok, that was past i m looking forward to re-build whole empire! I had met someone who is really enterprising now we will continue my project with him. He is Samuel Ooi. Wellknown young enterprising guy in Tarc Penang. He is great. I m moving forward to working and build our first million together in for me in 1 year from now.

I'm handling a few projects as consultation which i design, develop strategies, marketing plan and execute it. Their success is mine success. In fact, i had understand one thing which is important have a tons of money does'nt mean you could rich but idea is the most important thing! He had put 101% commitment on our project of course i will make sure make him a millionaire in 3 years time.

I had met Master Tamimi also a great master that leads me in business and being a human being.

Ok, i will stop here and kickstart my projects.

1. Helping an online business to selling franchise, develop it throughout Malaysia by mutual win for franchisee, franchisor and customers. Throughout this project, we will responsible for the franchisee and no consultation fee will be taken.

2. Develop a great and powerful cafes, club and recreation business across Malaysia & Neighbouring Country and aim and target to get listed in Bursa or offshore listing in 3 years time.

3. Developing a swiflet business that every one can afford to involve and participate. Starting as low as RM5,000 you can involve in a swiftlet a lucrative industry.

4. Financial resturcturing,Debt repairing & Wealth Growth Management.

5. Smartwise Trader Academy :- Providing a proper education for individual that wish to involve in trading. Invest in knowledge!

6. Social networking portal, Jobs portal,Food portal & Auction portal.

7. Agriculture Farming Project.

Ok, i need to stop here anyway i will update from time to time. I m starting on cafes business! Sam is working on it too.
